Real Estate SEO Pricing: What It Costs to Get an Agent Found
Short answer
- Top Real Estate Systems plans for real estate agents are the DIY Game Plan at $199 a month and Foundation at $399 a month.
- Switches add to Foundation: AI Visibility +$100, Website +$100 (plus a $999 build) and Managed Ads +$200 (plus a $299 setup).
- One-time fixes run from $149 to $599, and press releases start at $249.
Top Real Estate Systems charges a real estate agent $199 a month for the DIY Game Plan and $399 a month for Foundation, where TRES runs the Google Business Profile. Most agents add AI Visibility, for $499 a month in total, and Foundation with all three switches is $799 a month. One-time fixes run from $149 to $599, press releases start at $249, and plans run month to month.
Top Real Estate Systems is a real estate SEO company that publishes every price, because most real estate SEO companies quote only on a call. This page lists what each plan and one-time service includes, so an agent can compare real estate SEO pricing, and real estate SEO services in general, before booking anyone. What is included in the DIY Game Plan at $199 a month?
The DIY Game Plan at $199 a month is the do-it-yourself plan for a new or not-yet-ranking Google Business Profile. Every month TRES audits the agent’s profile and tracks 10 keywords.
The agent then gets 5 homework tasks a month, step by step, written so the agent or an assistant can do them, plus a monthly group coaching call. TRES does not post, reply to reviews or edit the profile on the DIY Game Plan.
The DIY Game Plan has no setup fee and no minimum. It runs month to month, and the agent can move up to Foundation at any time.

What is included in Foundation at $399 a month?
Foundation at $399 a month means TRES runs the real estate agent’s Google Business Profile for the agent. Month one includes a full profile optimization at no extra charge. Every month covers a custom posting plan of at least five Google posts a week and an answer to every review within 2 business days, written and posted for the agent.
TRES keeps the agent’s listings matching across sites such as Apple Maps, Bing and Yelp, and tracks 25 keywords and 3 competitors. The agent also gets a monthly map-grid scan of their area, a monthly website fix list and a monthly scorecard. Foundation does not build or manage the agent’s website; the Website switch adds that.
Foundation is delivered for the agent rather than taught to the agent. An agent on Foundation does not post, reply or update the profile themselves. It has no setup fee and runs month to month.
What does the AI Visibility switch add for $100 a month?
The AI Visibility switch adds $100 a month to Foundation and is on by default, so most agents pick Foundation + AI at $499 a month. Every month TRES tracks what ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews say about the agent, with screenshots, and who AI names instead.
It also covers fixes on the sites AI reads. TRES makes the fixes where it can reach them and writes them out for the agent where it can’t, such as Zillow, Realtor.com or the brokerage profile. The switch runs month to month.
What does the Website switch add for $100 a month?
The Website switch adds $100 a month to Foundation, plus a one-time $999 build fee. TRES builds the website in about 14 days.
The agent owns the website from day one, domain and content included. After launch, TRES writes 1 SEO article a month for the agent’s market.
Foundation + AI + Website is $599 a month plus the $999 build. The switch runs month to month.
The website build begins once TRES has the agent’s onboarding details and access.
What does the Managed Ads switch add for $200 a month?
The Managed Ads switch adds $200 a month to Foundation, plus a one-time $299 setup. TRES runs the agent’s Google Ads and Local Services Ads in the agent’s own accounts, and disputes bad Local Services Ads leads. A monthly ad report shows spend, calls, leads and what changed.
The agent sets the budget and pays Google directly; TRES never holds the ad spend, and there is no minimum ad spend. Managed Ads has a 90-day minimum, then runs month to month.
Foundation + AI + Ads is $699 a month plus the $299 setup. Foundation with all three switches is $799 a month, plus $1,298 once.
What does coaching cost?
Coaching is added to the DIY Game Plan or Foundation, billed by TRES and never discounted. The Nicole Gaudet 90-Day Intensive is $1,000 a month for 3 months: two 30-minute calls a month, homework every two weeks, three Follow Up Boss automations built, and a day-one versus day-90 scorecard. It has 3 seats per start month.
Jason Lash coaching is $1,997 a month, month to month, with two 60-minute calls a month on business and sales systems.
An alumni call with Nicole is $250 for 30 minutes.
What do one-time fixes cost without a monthly plan?
One-time fixes from Top Real Estate Systems run from $149 to $599 and need no subscription. Google Profile Rescue is $499, Google Profile Optimization is $399, LSA Lead Cleanup is $399, New Google Profile Setup is $299 and Business Listings Cleanup is $199.
An extra website page is $149, or five for $599. Profile optimization is also done in month one of Foundation, so an agent starting Foundation does not buy it separately.
An agent whose Google profile is currently suspended usually needs the profile reinstated before any monthly plan can do useful work, because posting to a suspended profile changes nothing.
Google Profile Rescue covers finding the cause, making the corrections and preparing up to two appeals. Google makes the reinstatement decision, so no outcome is guaranteed, and the fee is not refunded if Google declines.
What does a press release cost for a real estate agent?
A single written and syndicated press release costs $249, or $349 with APNews.com, and a three-pack of releases costs $599, used within 12 months of purchase. Press releases are bought one at a time, with no subscription.
Press releases are written and approved by the agent before they are distributed. A release is a third-party page that names the agent, which is a different asset from a page on the agent's own website.
How should an agent compare real estate SEO pricing?
Compare the deliverables, not the headline number. A real estate SEO agency that charges less but leaves the agent to post, reply and update the profile is selling software with a service label.
Ask any real estate SEO company for the same five things in writing: Google Business Profile page optimization with the categories, services and photos kept current; keyword research tied to the towns the agent actually works, not a generic list; a content strategy for the real estate website, meaning area pages and answer pages rather than template blog posts; technical SEO basics such as a sitemap, fast load times and internal links; and a monthly report that shows organic search terms, map rank, calls and reviews on one page. Case studies help, but only when they name the market and the timeframe, because a result in a thin suburban real estate market says little about a crowded metro one.
Then look at how SEO works inside the price. Real estate SEO services that promise rankings are pricing something no vendor controls, since Google decides every position.
Services that promise the work, with the work listed, can be held to it. The TRES comparison pages set published plans against Luxury Presence, Real Geeks, BrightLocal and other platforms on exactly that basis; see how Top Real Estate Systems compares.
Which plan fits which agent?
The DIY Game Plan fits a new agent, or a small team on a tight budget, whose Google profile is not ranking yet and who, alone or with an assistant, will work through five homework tasks a month. Foundation fits an agent whose online presence already exists but is run by nobody; the profile becomes the lead generation engine and TRES runs it. The AI Visibility switch suits an agent in a competitive real estate market where buyers and sellers ask ChatGPT or Google AI for names.
The Website switch is for an agent whose website is the weak link: a new site built in about 14 days and one SEO article a month replace a template site that never ranked in organic search. The Managed Ads switch adds Google Ads and Local Services Ads for an agent who wants paid leads on top of the organic ones; most agents pair it with a website. Coaching with Nicole Gaudet or Jason Lash is for an agent who wants the strategy explained and applied to their own follow-up.
An agent who cannot decide should start with Foundation and add switches later. Each switch runs month to month, apart from the 90-day minimum on Managed Ads, and neither DIY nor Foundation has a setup fee.
What cannot be bought at any price?
No package from Top Real Estate Systems includes a guaranteed ranking, guaranteed placement in an AI answer, or a promised position in Google's map results. No vendor controls Google or any AI platform. Any agency quoting a price for a guaranteed position is pricing something it cannot deliver.
Top Real Estate Systems also does not sell llms.txt files, schema markup sold as a ranking hack, review gating, incentivised reviews, or written reviews of any kind. Those exclusions are policy rather than a limitation of a particular plan.
