Top Real Estate Systems (TRES) is a done-for-you marketing company for licensed real estate agents. TRES manages the agent's Google Business Profile, tracks and improves how the agent shows up in Google Maps and in AI assistant answers, builds and hosts the agent's website on the higher plans, and manages Google Ads and Local Services Ads on the Get Called and Get Coached plans. The agent approves; TRES does the work and sends a scorecard every month.
Is TRES a real estate brokerage?
No. Top Real Estate Systems is a marketing company, not a brokerage, and it does not represent buyers or sellers. Its founder, Nicole Gaudet, is separately a licensed Louisiana real estate agent with Epique Realty and leads her own team, Nicole Spellman Group. TRES exists because she wanted the same system she built for her own listings available to other agents.
Who is TRES for?
TRES is built for individual real estate agents and small teams in the United States who want someone else to run their Google presence. A new agent with a fresh Google profile starts on Get Started. An established agent who wants to own their spot on the map starts on Get Found. Agents who also want a website, managed ads or coaching move up the ladder.
Is TRES software I have to run myself?
No. TRES is a service, not a software login. There is nothing to learn and no dashboard to keep up with. TRES uses professional tools behind the scenes, including map-rank scanning across 25 points in the agent's market and AI-visibility checks, but the agent only ever sees the finished work and a monthly report in plain language.
What will TRES not do?
TRES will not guarantee a number one spot, because no one controls Google or any AI platform. TRES never writes reviews, never screens out unhappy clients and never adds keywords or a city to a profile name; Google's guidelines and the FTC's consumer review rule forbid all three. TRES also never holds a client's advertising money: ad spend stays in the agent's own Google account.
How the work gets done
Every client has a named account manager. Month one is setup: the Google Business Profile is rebuilt to Google's guidelines, the market's keywords are researched, and a 25-point map-rank scan records the starting line. From then on TRES publishes the posts, answers the reviews, keeps the profile current, runs the monthly scans and sends a one-page scorecard. On Get Known and above, TRES also builds and hosts the agent's website; on Get Called and Get Coached it manages Google Ads and Local Services Ads inside the agent's own Google account.
Nicole still takes her own listings, so every part of the system is tested on her own Google profile first. The first 30 days page shows the week-by-week sequence.
