Where does the agent rank on the map?
TRES checks your Google Business Profile rank from 25 separate points across your market, not from one spot. The number in each square is where the agent appears in Google's local results when someone standing at that point searches for a real estate agent.
Reading this illustrative grid: the example agent ranks in the top three across the north and center of Ascension Parish and slips toward the southern edge, ranking 20th at the southwest corner. A buyer searching from the south of the parish would have to scroll past many other agents to find this one.
Which AI platforms name the agent?
TRES asks five AI platforms who the best real estate agent in your market is, then records whether you appear and in what position. The example agent in this sample is named by two of the five platforms checked.
Score for this example agent: 2 of 5 platforms. Observed: named by the two Google-run platforms, not by ChatGPT or Grok. May indicate: the platforms draw on different sources. Local Falcon's August 2026 Realtor AI Visibility Index found Google AI Mode citing Google Business Profiles far more often than other sources, so a profile can help there without carrying over to ChatGPT. Recommend: check which sites ChatGPT does cite for this search in this market (often Zillow and agent directories) and make sure the agent's profile on those sites is complete and consistent. Answers from AI platforms change from day to day, so one check is a snapshot, not a verdict.
How does the agent compare to the agents Google ranks higher?
The report puts your profile beside the three agents Google ranks ahead of you in your own market. In this illustrative sample, every figure is made up for an example agent in Ascension Parish, Louisiana.
What are the five fixes TRES recommends?
Every report ends with five specific actions in priority order, written so you could hand them to anyone and have them done. Each one says what TRES observed, what it may indicate and what TRES recommends. These five are written for the illustrative example agent in this sample.
Observed: buyer's agent, seller's agent, relocation and other services the agent offers are not on the profile. May indicate: Google says complete and accurate business information makes a business more likely to show up in local results, and a missing service gives Google less to match a search to. Recommend: add each service the agent actually offers, keep one accurate primary category (Google asks businesses to use as few categories as possible) and do not add services the agent does not provide.
Observed: a gap of 36 reviews. May indicate: Google says more reviews and positive ratings can help a business's local ranking, so the gap is one likely reason the agent trails. Recommend: ask every past client for an honest Google review, without offering anything in return or asking only happy clients, and reply to each review.
Observed: the three agents ranked above you posted within the last week on average. May indicate: a profile that looks unattended to the people who find it. Google's own guidance on local ranking does not mention posting, so treat posts as being for the buyers and sellers who read the profile, not a ranking lever. Recommend: post current listings, sold homes and local market updates on a regular schedule.
Observed: three different phone numbers for you across these sites. May indicate: buyers and sellers calling an old number, and search engines and AI tools picking up conflicting details about you. Recommend: correct each listing to one name, address and phone number that matches your Google Business Profile.
Observed: none of the agent's pages answers a question buyers or sellers in Ascension Parish commonly ask. May indicate: an AI platform answering that question has nothing from the agent's own website to cite.
