Where is Top Real Estate Systems based?
TRES is based in Gonzales, Louisiana, and has no walk-in office. Everything is done online and by phone: TRES manages each agent’s Google Business Profile, listings, website and ads inside the agent’s own accounts, so the work is the same whether the agent is across town or across the country. Meetings happen by phone or video call.
Is Top Real Estate Systems a real estate brokerage?
No. TRES is a marketing company that works only with licensed real estate agents and teams. Its founder, Nicole Gaudet, is a licensed Louisiana real estate agent with Epique Realty, which is why the team knows how an agent’s Google profile, reviews and advertising rules work in practice. TRES does not represent buyers or sellers.
What happens after you reach out?
For a new agent, the first step is usually the free report or a 15-minute call. TRES looks at where you rank on the Google map across your market and whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI name you, then recommends the plan that fits, or none if you don’t need one yet. The six plans and their prices are published, and your first 30 days are laid out week by week.
