Who is providing the service?

Top Real Estate Systems ("TRES") is a Louisiana-based marketing company serving real estate agents nationwide. TRES is not a real estate brokerage and does not provide real estate brokerage services, legal advice or tax advice.

How does billing work?

Monthly plans bill in advance on the same day each month until canceled. One-time services bill once, at purchase. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Clients who bought a plan at an earlier price keep that price for as long as the subscription stays active without interruption.

How does a client cancel?

Monthly plans can be canceled at any time by emailing team@toprealestatesystems.com. Cancellation stops the next charge. The plan runs through the end of the period already paid for. TRES does not pro-rate partial months and does not refund a month already delivered.

How does the Get Started starter plan work?

Get Started is a starter plan built for new Google Business Profiles. It has a 3-month minimum because a new profile takes about that long to show movement; after three monthly payments it is month to month and can be canceled at any time. It includes one ready-made Google post a week, the same for every Get Started client, and a monthly report with three custom fixes for the client to do. TRES does not write custom posts, optimize the profile or reply to reviews on Get Started. For an established profile TRES recommends Get Found, and says so.

Get Started is a starting plan, not a step-down: a client may move up to Get Found at any time (Get Started ends at the next billing date and Get Found begins; months are not prorated), but TRES does not move Get Found clients down to Get Started. A client who moves up within the first 90 days receives the graduate rate below.

Once the profile holds a top-3 position for its main keyword in at least 6 of the 25 points on the monthly map scan for two months in a row, the client has outgrown Get Started. TRES offers Get Found at a graduate rate of $349 a month, locked for 12 months. If the client has not moved up within 30 days of that offer, Get Started ends at the next billing date.

How do managed ads work on Get Called and Get Coached?

Google Ads and Local Services Ads run in the client’s own Google accounts. TRES is added as a manager, builds and adjusts the campaigns, disputes Local Services Ads leads that do not qualify, and reports monthly. The client sets the budget and pays Google directly; TRES never holds or spends the client’s ad budget and is not responsible for Google’s charges. If the client pauses or stops funding ads, the management work pauses and the plan price does not change. Ad results are effort and tuning; TRES does not promise a number of leads, calls or transactions.

How do the Get Known, Get Called and Get Coached website plans work?

Get Known, Get Called and Get Coached include a custom website that TRES builds up front, so all three plans have a 12-month minimum. After 12 monthly payments the website is the client’s: TRES transfers its copy, design and files on request, and the client can keep TRES hosting or move the site anywhere.

A client can cancel before month 12. The Google, AI and coaching work stops at the end of the month already paid. To keep the website, the client pays a buyout of $400 for each month left in the first 12; for example, canceling after month 4 means a buyout of 8 × $400 = $3,200. Without the buyout, TRES takes the website offline and keeps ownership of the website’s copy and design, and copying them to another site is not permitted. The client’s domain, brand, photos and own content stay the client’s either way.

Get Coached coaching is two 30-minute Zoom calls each month, booked on Nicole Gaudet’s calendar. A call not used in its month does not roll over. Get Known and Get Coached can be purchased online. Billing starts at purchase, and the website build begins once TRES has the client’s onboarding details and access.

Does TRES guarantee rankings or results?

No. TRES does not control Google, ChatGPT, Gemini or any other search or AI platform, and does not guarantee rankings, placement, leads, calls or transactions. TRES guarantees that the work in the purchased plan is performed and reported.

Who owns the profiles and content?

The client owns their Google Business Profile, their website and their brand. TRES works on them with the client's permission and hands back access at any time on request. A website built on Get Known or Get Coached becomes the client’s after 12 monthly payments or a buyout. TRES owns its own systems, templates and internal processes.

What is the client responsible for?

The client provides accurate information about their license, brokerage and services, approves content before it publishes where approval is requested, and confirms that anything they supply to TRES is theirs to use. The client is responsible for following their own brokerage's rules and their state licensing requirements.

How does TRES handle reviews?

TRES never writes a review for a client, never offers anything of value in exchange for a review, and never screens out unhappy clients before asking. These practices violate Google's policies and the Federal Trade Commission's rules on endorsements.

How is client information handled?

TRES uses client information to deliver the purchased service and does not sell it. Access credentials a client shares are used only to perform the work bought.

Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. TRES may update these terms and will post the updated date at the top of this page.
