Who is providing the service?

Top Real Estate Systems ("TRES") is a marketing company located at 2014 S Burnside Ave, Ste B, Gonzales, LA 70737. TRES is not a real estate brokerage and does not provide real estate brokerage services, legal advice or tax advice.

How does billing work?

Monthly plans bill in advance on the same day each month until canceled. One-time services bill once, at purchase. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Clients who bought a plan at an earlier price keep that price for as long as the subscription stays active without interruption.

How does a client cancel?

Monthly plans can be canceled at any time by emailing team@toprealestatesystems.com. Cancellation stops the next charge. The plan runs through the end of the period already paid for. TRES does not pro-rate partial months and does not refund a month already delivered.

Does TRES guarantee rankings or results?

No. TRES does not control Google, ChatGPT, Gemini or any other search or AI platform, and does not guarantee rankings, placement, leads, calls or transactions. TRES guarantees that the work in the purchased plan is performed and reported.

Who owns the profiles and content?

The client owns their Google Business Profile, their website and their brand. TRES works on them with the client's permission and hands back access at any time on request. TRES owns its own systems, templates and internal processes.

What is the client responsible for?

The client provides accurate information about their license, brokerage and services, approves content before it publishes where approval is requested, and confirms that anything they supply to TRES is theirs to use. The client is responsible for following their own brokerage's rules and their state licensing requirements.

How does TRES handle reviews?

TRES never writes a review for a client, never offers anything of value in exchange for a review, and never screens out unhappy clients before asking. These practices violate Google's policies and the Federal Trade Commission's rules on endorsements.

How is client information handled?

TRES uses client information to deliver the purchased service and does not sell it. Access credentials a client shares are used only to perform the work bought.

Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. TRES may update these terms and will post the updated date at the top of this page.
