What happens in the first 30 days?
In the first three days Top Real Estate Systems takes manager access to the agent's Google Business Profile and records a baseline report before changing anything. On Foundation, weeks one to three correct the profile, start the custom posting plan (at least five geotagged posts a week), set up 25 tracked keywords and 3 competitors, bring the agent's listings into line, begin review replies and send the first website fix list. Week four re-runs the same report and sets it beside day one.

What does an agent have to do in the first 30 days?
An agent has two jobs in the first 30 days: grant manager access to their Google Business Profile in the first three days, and approve work. The agent also tells Top Real Estate Systems who can edit their website, because the website fix list in week three goes to that person. Approvals are the first week of posts and the review replies Top Real Estate Systems drafts in the agent's voice. Everything else on this page is done for the agent.
Approval turnaround is the one thing that moves the schedule. Work waiting on an approval does not publish.
What happens in each week of the first 30 days?
The month runs in four stages: baseline, correction, expansion, measurement. Each stage below states what Top Real Estate Systems does and what the agent sees.
Top Real Estate Systems requests manager access to the agent's Google Business Profile and runs the same AI Visibility Report published as a sample on this site. That report is the baseline: map rank from 25 points across the agent's market, which AI platforms name the agent today, and the gap between the agent and the three profiles ranking above them.
Nothing is changed on the profile in the first three days. The baseline has to be recorded before any edit, or there is no way to tell later what an edit did.
Categories, services, service area, hours and business name are corrected to match Google's guidelines for representing a business, and the agent's name, address and phone number are matched across the sites that already list them. Photos are uploaded with location data attached.
Posting starts in week one on Foundation at $399 a month: a custom posting plan for the agent's market, at least five geotagged Google posts a week. The agent approves the first week of posts before any of them publish. On the DIY Game Plan, Top Real Estate Systems does not post or edit the profile; the agent gets the month's 5 homework tasks instead.
The 25 tracked keywords and 3 competitors are chosen from the agent's questionnaire, and the keywords are worked into the agent's geotagged Google posts and photos. The agent's listings on Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp and other directories are brought into line with the profile, then kept matching every month. Directories process changes on their own schedule, so these appear over following weeks rather than on a date Top Real Estate Systems controls.
Review replies begin: every new review is answered, within 2 business days, in the agent's voice. The agent can approve each reply or give standing approval so replies post on time. Top Real Estate Systems never writes, buys, solicits with an incentive, or filters a review. The rules that govern this are set out on the Google review rules page on this site.
Top Real Estate Systems sends the first monthly website fix list: the changes that make the agent's site say the same thing as the profile and the listings, so Google and AI read one consistent set of facts. A new list arrives every month on Foundation.
The fixes are made on the agent's own website, so they need someone who can edit that site: the agent or the agent's web person. Top Real Estate Systems confirms who in the first three days. If the agent's site cannot be edited, which is common with brokerage-provided websites, Top Real Estate Systems says so in the first three days. An agent who turns on the Website switch gets a new site built in about 14 days, owned by the agent from day one.
Posting and review replies continue through week three without interruption.
Top Real Estate Systems re-runs the full report and sets it beside the day-one baseline: the same 25 map points, the same four AI platforms, the same competitors. The agent is shown what moved, what did not, and what the next 30 days are pointed at.
The 30-day report is included on every plan. It is a measurement, not a result — a month is enough time to see whether the signals are moving, and not enough time to judge a local ranking position as settled.

How long does it actually take to move in local search?
Thirty days is long enough to see whether signals are moving and not long enough to call a local ranking position settled. Posting frequency, category accuracy and review activity change quickly; map position across a whole parish or county responds more slowly, and it responds to what competing agents do as well as to what the agent does.
Top Real Estate Systems has not independently measured an average time-to-rank across its client base, and does not publish one. Any company quoting a specific number of days to reach the Google map pack is quoting an estimate, not a measured guarantee.
What does Top Real Estate Systems not promise in the first 30 days?
Top Real Estate Systems does not promise a ranking position, a place in the Google map pack, a number of leads, or that any AI assistant will name the agent by day 30. No company controls Google or any AI platform, and any guarantee of placement on either is a guarantee the seller cannot keep.
What is committed is the work itself: the baseline report, the profile corrections, at least five geotagged posts a week, 25 tracked keywords and 3 competitors, matching listings, every review answered within 2 business days, the first website fix list, and a 30-day report measured against day one.
What happens after the first 30 days?
Month two onward repeats the weekly cycle and adds to it: posting, review replies and reporting continue every month, listings are kept matching, a new website fix list arrives, and extra website pages are available as one-time fixes at $149 each, or five for $599. The monthly scorecard is the fixed point: it arrives every month, and it is the same report every time so the comparison stays honest.
The monthly report measures the same things every month: map rank for the same searches from the same points across the agent's market, calls and reviews, and the same competing agents. With the AI Visibility switch on, it also shows whether the same buyer and seller questions on ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews name the agent, with screenshots. It also tracks the plan's keywords every month (25 keywords and 3 competitors on Foundation, 10 keywords on the DIY Game Plan).
