Its pricing page lists Grow at $69 per user a month, Pro at $499 a month for ten users and Platform at $1,000 a month for thirty, with no contract. Top Real Estate Systems is not a CRM. It gets an agent found on Google and named by AI assistants, from $199 a month, and connects to Follow Up Boss or whatever CRM the agent already runs. What is Follow Up Boss?
Follow Up Boss is a real estate CRM. Its pricing page on 20 October 2026 listed three plans: Grow at $69 per user a month, Pro at $499 a month for ten users with extra users at $49, and Platform at $1,000 a month for thirty users with extra users at $20. Annual billing takes the price to $58, $416 and $833 and includes two months free. There is no contract and a 14-day free trial. Every plan includes unlimited contacts, lead sources, integrations and the mobile app; unlimited calling and texting is included on Pro and Platform and is a $39 per user a month add-on on Grow.
Is TRES a Follow Up Boss alternative?
No. Follow Up Boss manages the leads you already have. Top Real Estate Systems makes more people find you in the first place: it runs your Google Business Profile, reviews and listings, scans your map rank every month and tracks whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI name you. The two do different jobs, and most TRES clients keep their existing CRM. TRES does not sell a CRM and does not replace one.
Does Follow Up Boss do anything for Google or AI visibility?
Not on its pricing page as of 20 October 2026. Google Business Profile, local SEO and AI search are not mentioned. Its AI features, smart summaries, smart messages, suggested tasks and predictive lead prioritization, work on leads inside the CRM. If being found on the Google map or named by an AI assistant is the goal, that work has to come from somewhere else.
How do TRES and Follow Up Boss work together?
Leads that come from the Google profile, the free-report form or a TRES-built website can be sent into Follow Up Boss like any other lead source, and the agent follows up there. TRES Get Found is $399 a month and manages the Google profile, posts, review responses and citations with a monthly map rank scorecard. Get Chosen is $599 and adds AI tracking across five assistants with screenshots, a monthly brief on who AI recommends instead of you, and fixes on the sites AI cites.
What does it cost to run both?
A solo agent on Follow Up Boss Grow with calling pays $108 a month ($69 plus the $39 calling add-on) with no contract. Adding TRES Get Found at $399 brings the total to $507 a month, also with no contract; Get Chosen instead makes it $707. A ten-person team on Pro at $499 plus Get Found pays $898. Which one should an agent pick?
If you have leads coming in and no system to follow them up, pick Follow Up Boss; that is the problem it solves. If the phone is quiet because buyers cannot find you on Google or an AI assistant names someone else, pick TRES; a CRM cannot fix that. If both are true, the usual order is to start TRES first so there is something to follow up, then add the CRM when the volume justifies a seat.
