What is Lofty?
Lofty is an all-in-one real estate platform. Its pricing page on 23 October 2026 listed four packages, Lofty Agent, Lofty Team, Lofty Broker and Lofty Enterprise, all marked "Request Pricing," with price depending on the package, seat count, optional upgrades and lead-gen programs. Every package lists a customizable IDX website, an AI-powered CRM with unlimited contacts, email and texting, a basic dialer, AI agents and a dedicated customer success manager. Add-ons include a Lead Gen Service, a Power Dialer, a Hyperlocal SEO Website and SEO Setup Services.
Is TRES a Lofty alternative?
Only for part of what Lofty does. Lofty is where leads land and get worked: CRM, dialer, texting, AI agents and an IDX website. Top Real Estate Systems does not sell a CRM. It makes more people find you in the first place: it runs your Google Business Profile and reviews, scans your map rank and tracks whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI name you. Many agents can use both, with TRES sending leads into Lofty.
Does Lofty do anything for Google or AI visibility?
Lofty lists SEO on its website and sells a Hyperlocal SEO Website and SEO Setup Services as add-ons, and its homepage lists Google Local Services Ads. Google Business Profile management and AI-answer tracking are not listed among the plan features on its pricing page as of 23 October 2026, so ask Lofty directly what is included if those are what you want.
How do the prices compare?
Lofty does not publish prices; you get a quote based on package and seats, and its pricing page lists a 20% ad management fee on digital advertising and a $70 a month Home Evaluation Page for seller lead gen without an IDX site. TRES publishes every price: Get Found $399 and Get Chosen $599 a month with no contract, Get Known $799 a month for a custom website on a 12-month term, and no setup fee on any plan.
What happens to my website if I leave?
With TRES, your domain stays yours from day one and the Get Known website is yours to keep after 12 monthly payments. Lofty's pricing page does not state the contract term, cancellation terms or what happens to the IDX website when you leave, so ask before you sign.
