CINC sells a lead generation and CRM platform: Google and Facebook ad campaigns, an IDX website hosted and managed by CINC, Seller Suite home-value pages and a CRM with routing, drips and a dialer. What is CINC?
CINC, Commissions Inc., is a real estate lead generation and CRM platform. Its pricing page on 20 October 2026 listed four plans by team size: Solo for one user, Ramp for up to four, Pro for up to 49 and Select for 50 or more. Every plan shows Request Pricing rather than a price, and the FAQ says to contact the team. The platform includes Google and Facebook lead campaigns, an IDX website hosted and managed by CINC, Seller Suite home-value pages, a CRM with lead routing and AutoTracks drips, mass and video messaging and mobile apps. CINC AI is an add-on starting at $200 a month and the dialer is $75 a month for three lines.
Does CINC manage a Google Business Profile?
Google Business Profile management is not mentioned on CINC's pricing page as of 20 October 2026. CINC's Google work is paid search: buyer and seller lead campaigns that send traffic to the IDX site. The free Google map listing, reviews, citations and whether AI assistants name you are a different job, and nothing on the page says CINC does it.
How does TRES compare on the website?
TRES Get Known is $799 a month on a 12-month term and includes a custom website built for Google and AI, usually live in under two weeks, up to 10 area pages, 5 launch articles then 2 new articles a month, hosting, and everything in Get Chosen: full Google Business Profile management, review responses, and monthly AI-visibility tracking. After 12 monthly payments the website is yours to keep. TRES websites do not include MLS/IDX home search or a CRM; they are built to get the agent found and quoted, and link out to the agent's brokerage search and existing CRM.
What about the CRM and CINC AI?
CINC's CRM is part of every plan and CINC AI, a text-based assistant that talks to leads and tells the agent when one is ready, starts at $200 a month on top. TRES does not sell a CRM or a lead-conversation tool; agents keep what they have. TRES's AI work is checking whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode, AI Overviews and Grok name the agent, every month with screenshots, then fixing the sites those assistants cite.
What about ads?
Paid Google and Facebook lead generation is the center of CINC's product, with the plan price quoted on request. TRES Get Called is $999 a month and adds managed Google Ads and Local Services Ads to Get Known. The ad spend stays in the agent's own Google account; TRES is added as a manager and never holds or spends the agent's money.
Which one should an agent pick?
Pick CINC if you want paid internet leads, an IDX site and a CRM from one vendor, you have a team to work the volume, and you are fine getting the price on a call. Pick TRES if you want the Google map and AI answers handled first, a website built to be found and quoted rather than to capture registrations, published prices with no setup fee, and a site you keep after 12 months.
