Is Get Started right for you?
Get Started is built for agents who will do the work themselves, or have an assistant who will. A Google Business Profile that is a few months old, or one that has never been worked, needs steady activity, complete details and a few reviews before Google takes it seriously. Get Started tells you exactly what to do each month, in order, so none of your time is wasted.
For an established profile, Get Found is the plan TRES recommends. TRES does the work for you: a custom build in month one, a custom posting plan, every review answered, and your business info kept matching across directories. It has no setup fee, it is month to month, and you can cancel any time.

The plan rules, stated plainly. Get Started is month to month with no minimum; cancel any time. It is a starting plan, not a step-down: you can move up to Get Found any day, but TRES does not move Get Found clients down to Get Started.

When should you move up to Get Found?
Whenever you want the work done for you. There is no finish line and no forced move. Stay on Get Started as long as the game plan is useful. Most agents move up for one of two reasons: their time is now worth more than the hour a week the fixes take, or their profile is ranking and they want it held there. Holding a top spot takes steady custom posting, review replies and upkeep, which is the work Get Found does for you.

What does Get Started cost?
Get Started is $199 a month with no setup fee and no minimum. It is month to month: cancel anytime, cancellation stops the next charge, and a month already delivered is not refunded.
Who is Get Started for?
New agents, or any agent with more time than budget. You or your assistant do the work, and TRES tells you exactly what to do each month, in order.
What do I need to get started?
A Google Business Profile under your name, a headshot, your main keyword (for most agents, “realtor” or “real estate agent” plus your town), and the answers to a short intake form. TRES does not need to log into your profile on this plan.
I don’t have a Google profile yet. Can I still join?
Yes. TRES can set one up and get it verified under your name with New Google Profile Setup ($299, one time), and Get Started picks up from there.
Does TRES do anything on my profile?
No. On Get Started TRES audits your profile, scans the map and writes your game plan; you or your assistant make the changes. TRES does not post, optimize your profile or reply to reviews on Get Started. When you want all of it done for you, that is Get Found.
How long do the fixes take?
Most take under an hour a week. A typical fix is adding photos, filling in services, answering a review, or correcting hours and categories. Each one is written out step by step so you or your assistant can do it, and the team is an email away if you get stuck.
What if I don’t do the fixes?
Then not much changes, and the next map scan will show it. Get Started works for agents who will put in about an hour a week, or who have an assistant who will. If that is not realistic right now, Get Found is the better fit from day one.
Can I join if I’m already in the top 3?
You can, but TRES will tell you plainly that Get Found is the better fit. Holding a top spot takes steady posting, review replies and upkeep, which is the work Get Found does for you. Get Found is month to month with no setup fee, so for an established profile it is also a low-risk choice.
Do I have to move up when I start ranking?
No. Get Started has no finish line and no forced move. Stay as long as the game plan is useful, and move up to Get Found whenever you want the work done for you.
Does Get Started track my keywords?
No. Each month Get Started audits your profile against 10 standard agent keywords; it does not track rankings for a keyword list. Get Found tracks up to 25 keywords every month, and Get Chosen up to 50.
Does Get Started cover AI search like ChatGPT?
No. Get Started is about your Google profile, which is the source AI assistants cite most often. Get Found adds an AI snapshot to your monthly scorecard, and full AI tracking across five assistants, with screenshots and fixes, is part of Get Chosen.
