Who is your coach?

Nicole Gaudet built TRES from the agent’s side of the desk, and she still sells houses.

Nicole got her first real estate license in 2004. Today she is an agent with Epique Realty and still takes her own listings, so every part of the system is something she uses in her own business first. On your calls she looks at your numbers the way a working agent would: what is bringing in business, what is leaking, and what to fix this month.

What happens on a coaching call?

Every call follows the same four steps, so nothing gets skipped and every month builds on the last.

  1. Your scorecard. What moved on the Google map and in AI answers this month, and why.
  2. Your leads. Where they came from, which ones went quiet, and the follow-up to send this week.
  3. Your marketing. What to do more of, what to stop, and what to try next in your market.
  4. Your plan. Three next steps for the month, written down, so the next call starts by checking them off.

Yes. Coaching can be added to any TRES plan for $500 a month, with a monthly 1:1 call on your scorecard and your next steps. Get Coached is the full program, with the website and a longer monthly session included.

What do the calls cover?

Four things, every month: what your TRES scorecard says, where your leads came from and which ones need follow-up, what marketing to do more or less of, and the three next steps you will take before the next call.
