Top Real Estate Systems adds one-on-one coaching with Jason Lash
Top Real Estate Systems (TRES) now offers ongoing one-on-one coaching with Jason Lash, associate broker and team leader of The Lash Group at Epique Realty in Grand Rapids, Michigan. It sits alongside founder Nicole Gaudet’s 90-Day Intensive, so agents on a TRES plan can get coached on the two things that decide a real estate business: getting found, and what happens after.

Gonzales, Louisiana – November 7, 2026 – Top Real Estate Systems (TRES), a done-for-you marketing company for real estate agents, has added ongoing one-on-one coaching with Jason Lash to its coaching lineup. Coaching with Jason is $2,000 a month, month to month, with two 60-minute calls a month and his systems, scripts and materials between calls. It is sold and billed through TRES and requires an active DIY Game Plan or Foundation plan, so every coaching client has a monthly scorecard to coach from.
TRES plans get an agent found: the Google Business Profile, reviews, listings and the sources AI assistants read. Who is Jason Lash?
Jason Lash has led his own real estate team in West Michigan since 2008, when he got licensed as the housing market crashed after about nine years in mortgage lending. Today he is an associate broker and team leader of The Lash Group at Epique Realty in Wyoming, Michigan, serving the Grand Rapids area. His team reports 20 agents, 250 to 300 buyers and sellers a year, about $60 million in annual volume and a 4.9 average across more than 370 Google reviews. In September 2026 Epique Realty named The Lash Group one of its 18 Power Teams, which together passed $1 billion in sales.
He is also a national coach and speaker. He runs the free Agent’s Edge Mastermind on Zoom twice a month, hosts a weekly real estate segment on WOOD Radio in Grand Rapids, and was a guest on the Club Wealth podcast on AI, technology and winning habits.
