What is Luxury Presence?

Luxury Presence sells real estate websites with MLS/IDX search, an AI CRM, and on higher plans managed advertising, hyperlocal content and social media management. Its plans page on 11 October 2026 listed four agent plans, Launch, Brand, Scale and All In, plus Presence Premier for teams of more than 20 agents. The page does not publish monthly prices; every plan is a 12-month agreement with a one-time setup fee that, in the page's words, varies by plan and brokerage partnership, and monthly billing starts when the website goes live.

Does Luxury Presence manage a Google Business Profile?

Google Business Profile management is not listed among the plan features on Luxury Presence's plans page as of 11 October 2026. Its plans are organized around the website, the CRM, advertising and, on the top plan, an SEO and AI search program. If the Google map result and AI assistant answers are what you most want to own, ask them directly what is included.

How does TRES compare on the website?

TRES Get Known is $799 a month on a 12-month term and includes a custom website built for Google and AI, usually live in under two weeks, up to 10 area pages, 5 launch articles then 2 new articles a month, hosting, and everything in Get Chosen: full Google Business Profile management, review responses, and monthly AI-visibility tracking. After 12 monthly payments the website is yours to keep. TRES websites do not include MLS/IDX home search or a CRM; they are built to get the agent found and quoted, and link out to the agent's brokerage search and existing CRM.

What about ads?

Luxury Presence's Brand, Scale and All In plans include managed ad spend at tiered budget caps, with the ad budget itself paid to Google or Meta. TRES Get Called is $999 a month and adds managed Google Ads and Local Services Ads to Get Known. The ad spend stays in the agent's own Google account; TRES is added as a manager and never holds or spends the agent's money.

How does Luxury Presence compare with Top Producer, AgentFire, Fello, CINC and HomeStack?

Luxury Presence is a website-and-CRM platform, so the fair comparison depends on what the other product does. Top Producer is a CRM, Fello is AI follow-up for an agent’s database, AgentFire is a website platform, CINC is a lead generation platform, and HomeStack builds branded mobile apps; Top Real Estate Systems is a done-for-you Google and AI visibility service.

Of these, Top Producer, AgentFire and Top Real Estate Systems publish prices on their own pages; the others quote prices in a sales call. Each row below was read from the company’s own page on the date shown, in US dollars, and can change.

An agent comparing Luxury Presence with Top Producer, Fello or HomeStack is usually comparing a website with a CRM or an app, and many agents use one of each. The questions that decide it are the same for every option: who writes the content after launch, who keeps the website and domain, and whether the Google Business Profile is part of the work.

Which one should an agent pick?

Pick Luxury Presence if you want a luxury-branded site with IDX search and a built-in CRM, you run a team that needs multiple users and lead routing, or your brokerage has a partnership that lowers the cost. Pick TRES if you are a solo agent or small team, you want the Google map and AI answers handled first and a website that supports them, you want published prices with no sales call, and you want to keep the website after 12 months.
